The Gilroy Unified School District is hosting mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinics at three GUSD schools on September 7, 8, and 9, 2021.

No appointment is necessary and insurance is not required to receive the vaccine at any of these clinics. The County will administer vaccines to anyone age 12 and older* and offer two vaccine options: Pfizer and Janssen. Staff members will be available during the operating hours to support language needs and disability access.
There is no insurance, income or proof of immigration status requirement and no appointment is necessary. The County is offering gift cards to anyone getting vaccinated at these mobile clinics.

* For students age 12-17 who wish to be vaccinated: a parent, guardian, or other person legally authorized to make healthcare decisions for the person being vaccinated must be present at the vaccination site and sign the consent form, or bring a signed consent form to the vaccination site. In addition, if the parent, guardian, or other legal representative is not present at the appointment, they must be available by phone at the time of the appointment if discussion is needed with the decisionmaker.
