CJSF See’s Candy Spring Fundraiser – Due Monday, March 18th

CJSF is kicking off their Spring Fundraiser and they need your help! This fundraiser will fund their end of the year field trip to the Gilroy Bowling Alley. The top three student best sellers will receive prizes. The class that sold the most will be awarded with a celebratory class party. Order form with payment must be returned on March 18, retain top portion for your records. Candy will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, 3/27/19.   Make check payable to Brownell Middle School.

 Promotion Gown Order – Due Friday, March 22nd @ 4pm

Attention 8th Graders: Please submit gown order form with $25 payment to the front office before March 22. Cash Only and No Refund. Make sure to let the front office know if you are using your sibling’s previous gown.

Incoming 9th Grade Proof of Residency Verification

 

 In preparation for the upcoming enrollment in the 9th grade for the 2019/2020 school year, students must provide verification documentation regardless of   past enrollment history in the district. Students who do not submit proof of residency on time may be assigned to either Gilroy High   School or Christopher High School at the discretion of the school district based on resources and space availability.

 The Brownell office will be accepting submission of documents until March 29th DEADLINE! Please bring the required   documents to us from 3–4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Sports Update: THIS WEEK

 

Monday volleyball practice 3:00-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday volleyball game vs Bernal after school. Girls match is at 3:30 p.m. and boys will follow.

Soccer games vs Bernal at home on Tuesday- game time is 3:30 p.m. girls are in the south field and boys are on the north field. 

Track & field informational meeting March 27, 2:45 - 3:10 p.m. in the MPR. Required paperwork will be given at this meeting. 

Boys basketball : Please turn in all boys  uniforms to room 31.

  • ASB meeting in room 44 Wednesday @ 7:45 a.m.
  • CJSF meeting in room 22 Wednesday during 8th grade lunch - 12:30 - 1:01 p.m.
  • Yearbook meeting in room 22 Wednesday after school - 2:45 – 3:45 p.m.
  • Tech Challenge meeting in room 26 Wednesday @ 2:45- 4:00 p.m.
  • Gamer's Guild meeting in room 22 Thursday @ 2:45 – 3:30 p.m. 
  • Robotics meeting in room 33 Friday @ 2:45- 4:00 p.m.

  • To order in person, order forms are available using the link below, in the front office and Room 22. Cash or checks are accepted. Make check payable to Brownell Middle School. Be sure to get a receipt.

Artists of Brownell: If you would like to see your art displayed in the yearbook, please submit your art by Feb. 15th to Mrs. Kalman in room 22.
